The feeder can dispense food up to four times per day and the times between meals are as follows:
By choosing 1 meal, the feeder will automatically dispense food every 24hrs at the set “Time of First Meal”. Please note that the “Time of First Meal” must be the earliest time, if more than one meal is selected. Once the “Time of First Meal” is selected, all subsequent meal times will follow automatically. For instance:
- By choosing 2 meals, the feeder will automatically dispense food every 12hrs from the set “Time of First Meal”.
- By choosing 3 meals, the feeder will automatically dispense food every 8hrs from the set “Time of First Meal”.
- By choosing 4 meals, the feeder will automatically dispense food every 6hrs when the “Time of First Meal” is set at 00:00.
Cups per Meal
The amount of cups per meal is measured in quarter cups. For example;
- The display of 1 in the “Cups per Meal” menu screen, is ¼ cup dry kibble.
- The display of 2 in the “Cups per Meal” menu screen, is ½ cup dry kibble.
- The display of 3 in the “Cups per Meal” menu screen, is ¾ cup dry kibble, etc.
